In Knoxville and throughout the Southeast, Lloyd’s Electric Service, Inc. has long been the most trusted name in commercial and residential electrical services. This year, Lloyd’s Electric is expanding their facility maintenance division under the name of LES Facility Service, offering commercial clients a more effective way to manage their businesses’ infrastructure.

In the coming weeks and months, we will be adding new content and conducting interviews with key members of the LES staff to discuss the transition and all the ways it will serve to enhance business for our commercial and industrial clients.

Our first interview is with Kelly Wyatt, the Business Development Director for Lloyd’s Electric Service.

Question: What is the most important part of your job?

Kelly Wyatt: My most important job function is to continually grow our company so that we can meet our customers’ expectations.

Q: What types of businesses and facilities does LES service most?

KW: We primarily focus on medium commercial to light industrial; which would be your office parks, hotels, restaurants, small factories, distribution centers, and etc.

Q: What would you like business owners to remember about LES Facility Service?

KW: LES Facility Services is a division of Lloyd’s Electric Service, Inc., so they can still count on receiving the trusted quality of service that Lloyd’s Electric has developed over nearly 40 years. Potential clients should also keep in mind that LES provides the convenience of being the one call they can make to take care of multiple areas such as lighting, telecom, generators, HVAC and more.

Q: Why should commercial facilities call LES first?

KW: Safety is a core value for LES. It makes more sense for a business to have a reliable contractor come in that is safety certified and has a long record of above par service as opposed to having to call multiple contractors who may or may not be certified and licensed for the work. Also, the time we invest in staying current on all codes ensures that the clients we work for are up-to-code and in compliance with all standards as well.

Q: If you had to describe your crew in a single word what would it be?

KW: Reliable.

Q: Why?

KW: Since joining the company, the thing that has impressed me the most is how good these guys are at their jobs. They are absolute craftsmen. They are professionals who respect the jobs that they’re on, respect the job site, listen to needs of the client, and always perform above our standards.
